After Hours Formal Wear disresepectable – I called after hours looking for wedding tux prices, and many other stores in the area. Roseville is the closest location to my house, so we made an appointment. When I got there, I was informed there is a charge of $40 for "accessories" which include shirt, vest, tie... and uncomfortable shoes, but you can upgrade for $5 for better ones, oh and it's another $5 for a piece of pocket fabric and socks... which they groomsmen can keep... OOOoooo. I was already in a huff.
Then after choosing tuxes, getting fitted and such... they called my fiance up to the desk. He then had to pay $45 dollars for his FREE tux. This does not say "FREE" to me. I went back the next day to cancel. I then was cut off from trying to get a FULL refund by Elizabeth, apparently she's the assistant manager. She immediatly was rude to me, even though at no point did I have any correspondance with her until that moment. She never asked me what the situation was or apologize for my being upset with their company. So in short, the tux is not free, the tuxes are badly priced, they are connected with David's Bridal which as every bride in the world knows is a bad company that screws up your orders, they have an "Unsatisfactory record with the Better BB, and have MANY complaints filed against them. I also tried to get a hold of their district manager Linda (800-955-2488- ext 3746) who never returned my phone call, apparently they just don't care about their customer service.
On a great note... I then went to the Savvi formal wear in the same mall and was treated like a 'one time customer' should be treated... special. The groom's tux was all free (besides shoes) no matter what style we went with, so go there.
