Great Customer Service.
Weary that a "mall salon" would let me down, I went into JCPenney Salon with a jaded perspective. But as soon as I got past the front desk, I was impressed. It felt like a real salon. My first hair
stylist was great. She held conversation well and we ended up having a lot in common. Unfortunately, I was unhappy with the way my hair turned out. It wasn't bad, just not exactly what I asked for.
I made a call a week later to the manager and she took care of me. She assigned me to Shawn who worked quickly and efficiently. He used a different technique to get the hair color I wanted and it worked. I was extremely happy.
Everyone there was helpful, the place was nice, and though I had to return to get my hair color fixed, it was worth it to have worked with Shawn. He was great.…
