Great Customer Service. Weary that a "mall salon" would let me down, I went into JCPenney Salon with a jaded perspective. But as soon as I got past the front desk, I was impressed. It felt like a real salon. My first hair stylist was great. She held conversation well and we ended up having a lot in common. Unfortunately, I was unhappy with the way my hair turned out. It wasn't bad, just not exactly what I asked for.

I made a call a week later to the manager and she took care of me. She assigned me to Shawn who worked quickly and efficiently. He used a different technique to get the hair color I wanted and it worked. I was extremely happy.

Everyone there was helpful, the place was nice, and though I had to return to get my hair color fixed, it was worth it to have worked with Shawn. He was great.

BEST SALON AND SPA EVER!!. Not only do the stylists treat everyone with respect and do exactly what you ask but they have an amazing front desk staff that will step out of their way for you!! i had an awesome expierence there and will always get my hair done there!!
