Customer service. I was at your store in Columbia Crossing, Columbia Md 21045 today. I purchased two scans of yarn. I paid my bill and the sale lady put my yarn in a plastic bag. I took the yarn out of the bag and said to her "Oh, I don't need a bag." She threw the plastic bag in the trash can. I said to her "Are you throwing the bag in the trash?" She answered, "There are plenty where they come from." I said to her "Do you know it take a long time for plastic to decompose." She said "Oh,that is not true" Two other customers turn around and said to me "I can't believe she did that" I was upset by her attitude. The reference no on my receipt is 547807
