Wahoo for Rapid. David arrived within an hour of the plumber telling me my house was falling apart (at least it felt like my house was falling apart). He answered all of our questions, anticipated insurance requirements, mitigated the situation and restored our house to better-than-before. Thank you, Rapid, could not have done it without you!

Good Work. We called Rapids Restoration after we woke to a wet basement. Dave came here with in an hour and started the clean up process. They also took care of replacing our carpet that had been damaged from the water. We were pleased with their work and would recommend.

Rapid to the rescue. A nightmare washing machine failure turned into our basement being upgraded into the basement we always wanted.

Dave was at our home with equipment within a few hours to dry things out and to demo what was ruined. Then he worked with us and the insurance company directly regarding payment, etc.

Since a lot of what we didn't like was now ripped out Dave worked with us on making the imporovements we wanted. There were extra costs for these improvments but it ended up being very affordable and now see the blessings in disguise of having a minor flood.

Very Satisfied. After three weeks of trying to get action from my insurance company (and watching the water damage in my house get worse every day) a friend referred me to Rapid Restoration. What a difference. Dave came right away to assess the damage and within a day, we were cracking on solutions. The guys were pleasant to work with and they were respectful to me as the homeowner. THANK YOU!

Great Job!. These guys came to my rescue when I realized that I had recieved some water damage from a heavy rain storm the previous evening. Dave came to asses the damage right away and was quick to find the issue. Once the issue was fixed and the walls were dried out, they repaired the walls. They now look as if they were never changed! I cannot thank this group of people enough!

Great Service. Rapid Restoration was spectacular. They got our house back to normal after damage received from an ice dam. They explained the process clearly and continually communicated with us in regards to what they were doing and why. They got our house put back to normal very quickly. The staff was courteous and helpful and they turned a bad situation into a very positive experience. We would highly recommend their services.

Job well done! Life back to normal & insurance handled!. Rapid Restoration did a terrific job for us! At 5:00am Sunday morning, we had an unexpected water leak on our main floor that went down through the basement ceiling. Dave Gates from Rapid came to our house within 1 hour of our call. His crew members arrived shortly after and set up blowers to dry the carpet, ceiling and wall where the leak occurred. Dave and his team's fast action was able to save most everything. The ceiling was the main repair/replacement and they did a professional knockdown and painting job. Dave and his team made all the repairs and got us back to normal within a week.

Dave was also instrumental in dealing with our insurance company to ensure we were reimbursed fully.

Rapid Restoration did a great work for us, were reliable and we would recommend them to anyone.
