Rosedale Chevrolet

Terrible. My girlfriend and I went into Rosedale Chevrolet on February 20th looking for a new car. We decided to check this dealership out because they had a 2011 Malibu LS for a decent price. While we were there I pulled up their website and noticed they were running a sale on 2012 LS Malibu's. I asked the salesman about it and he wasn't sure because he was new. So, he went to ask the manager and when he came back he said they had sold out of sale price Malibu's. I went out to the lot and under the big green "As Advertised" sign sat a 2012 Malibu LS with a green sticker on the windshield that said, "As Advertised." Went inside and asked the salesman about it. Again, he had to consult with the manager. When he came back he said, "that sale has ended." Pulled the website up on my phone and went to the specials page that indeed had the sale price Malibu listed with "9 days left" in red letters right above the sale price. I then talked to the manager myself and showed him exactly what the website displayed and he replied, "I just can't sell you that car for that price." Very frustrated at this point in time we decided to leave. On the way home we decided to stop at Luther Brookdale and we ended up buying a 2012 Malibu 1LT for the same price as the LS they wouldn't sell me for the sale price at Rosedale... The only good thing about Rosedale was the salesman that helped us initially. He was very helpful unlike his shady manager. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!…

Go above and beyond to maintain trust. I had encountered some trouble regarding a warranty issue on my vehicle and it was getting to the point of real frustration. I had given a bad review about Rosedale Chevrolet and the very next day after placing the review, Chris, the Service Manager, called me and wanted to know the whole story and what could be done to help me in getting the problem resolved. Not only did he find the information needed about the warranty very quickly, he had me bring my vehicle in that evening after work and supplied me with a loaner car so that there would be absolutely no inconvenience to me what so ever. When i dropped the car off, Chris took the time to show me why a wheel bearing issue was not caught on a visual inspection because they were not loose, but they were still bad and could only have known that by driving the vehicle at a faster speed then around the shop allowed. The very next morning, Ray, the service consultant called me and described everything that they found needing attention with the vehicle and they will cover everything but the left front headlight under warranty. i got another call later in the afternoon to let me know that the car was all ready to be picked up when it was convenient for me. I picked up the vehicle and it runs and feels and sounds great. Rosedale Chevrolet did an AWSOME job in restoring my trust in them and i want to especially thank Chris, Ray and Joe, the service tech that did the repairs, for a job well done. i never used to be much of a "bring your car to the dealership for repair" kind of person but this experience made me feel like Rosedale Chev is my neighborhood repair shop and that is a good feeling.…

Car buying experience. I bought 2 vehicles from them and was very satisfied with the service they provided. Their service advisors are very friendly and helpful and make you feel that you are important to them and they assure you that they will take good care of you.

Their sales dept is very knowledgeable about their vehicles and offer help if you don't understand how things work on these very high tech cars. I will buy from them again.…

Great experience. Buying my Cruze at Rosedale Chevrolet was a very good experience. Salesman, Aaron, did an excellent job and and even delivered my car to my home. Very friendly people to work with. Definitely would recommend them.…
