Good Food but double check it if taking it out...

The food has been great and service to date, however the last time I had food to go, I failed to double check the order. When I got home I was missing from my Egg Foo Young order the Chicken, Shrimp and rice. I called them the next day to see if they either were lacking parts for an order. The reply I got was "they don't keep records of past orders". There was no acknowledgment or apology or offer to make things right. I'd be warry to order from them again in the future w/o double checking everything at the time of the order.

My #1 Place to Eat in the Twin Cities

My brother took me to the Willow Gate when I moved from Cloquet to Dinkytown on the UofM Campus in 1998. I have been going there ever since.
The food is amazing, the lunch specials are extremely well priced, but the icing on the cake is my favorite thing at the Willow Gate, the Hot & Sour Soup. I love the stuff, can't get enough. I even sometimes upgrade the size that comes with the lunch special from a cup to a bowl.
The only negative for me is much like the other poster, I now live in Farmington and seldom get to Roseville for lunch. :(
- Pros: Great Food, Hot & Sour Soup, Prices
- Cons: Closed on Mondays, Only in Roseville

Having A Part here was Great, no more Like AMAZING!
I could afford food for all the guests, and still had money left for dessert.
I absouley Love this place, but really I'm not Lying.
You came here before? I bet you Love it.
You Haven't Been There before? You Better Go There.
You Won't Regret it! :]
Plus with the enconomy declining. It's great a place to be able to eat at a place and still afford.

The Best Place Ever!

I'm a kind of person who dosen't go out and try new restrurants.
But when my friends took me to Willow Gate. Since they said "It was the best place they ever been too." And since my friends are picky about these things. I had to go.
The waiters were very friendly. There had a vareity of foods to choose from.
The food came, very quickly. [Thank godess, I was straving!]
The first bite I ate, was like anything else I've ever tasted.
All I got to say was "Fantastic!"
Everything here is great. If you haven't tried it yet, then you have to go here.

I absolutely love this place, food is fresh and tasty and their Sesame chicken is my absolute favorite my only complaint is i live in Eagan now!
