Should not even get one star.... Purchased a diamond engagement ring from the Burnsville location about a year later my fiance got home and noticed the center diamond was gone! Not only the solitaire but the whole center setting was broken off. Brought it back with warranty and inspection papers in hand and they didn't even want to look at them, the only thing on their mind was selling me a new diamond ring. WTF... This company is a load of BS, horrible products, no big surprises on rates, bad craftsmanship, and no warranty. $2000 dollars down the drain. Go to a reputable place.

Bad, bad Hoff!. All the bad things you hear/read about Hoff are true! We are so very regretful that we bought my engagement ring & wedding band from them. They sell bad, cheap products and tell lies! No wonder they're going bankrupt!

Glad they are closing. What a terrible store! They have more turnover in sales people than Mcdonalds. They lie and try to make things right with words, which doesnt work. I bought my wife her wedding ring there and had it appraised, it wasnt even appraised at half what I paid. So happy they are closing and had to file bankruptcy. Now they can all go become greeters at walmart, its a fitting position for them.

Do not buy from HOFF!!!. Went to Hoff for a pair of earings for my girlfriend around Christmas 07. The lady told me if my girl didn't care for the earings I could return them. I bought the earings and payed CASH. My girl liked the earings and decided to wear them out to the family Christmas gathering. During Christmas lunch I noticed one of the stones had already fallen out. THE FIRST TIME SHE WORE THEM!!! Luckily we found it and promptly returned them.

Unfortunatly the same lady who sold them to me told me that I'd have to wait for a check. Well whatever, I was just happy to return them.

Anyways, 10 weeks later the check shows up. I proceed to deposit it in my bank account. The bank calls me later and says the check is no good and I'm charged with a $20 bank fee. I return to the store where the SAME LADY tells me "Sorry, you'll have to contact corp. office"

Needless to say the matter is still not resolved.

Run as fast as you can from HOFF jewlers

Stay Away!. I had a friend purchase a ring from this store and take the diamond elsewhere to be graded. Hoff literally lied about every aspect of the diamond and then would not take it back when they were confronted with their false information. The entire chain uses the most inaccurate certificates available. This is the LAST store in the galaxy you should ever buy from.
