One of the Finest Jewelers in the Twin Cities!.
I have been to many of the jewelery stores through out the twin cities; having been with my wife for 15 years, you like to shake things up. Many have some good customer service, but lack in product,
others are poor customer service, but great products. Arthur's has both.
This year for Mother's day, our 5 year old son decided that his mom needed a gold dipped rose. So, we went to Arthur's. We got there minutes before they were going to close, but they rang us in and didn't seem even the least bit put out by a guy in jeans and a t-shirt coming in at the last minute. The first gentleman who greeted us did so with a smile you see on a salesman with one of his return customers.
My son took to him right away (which is rare for the boy) and started talking about "What mom wants".
He brought us to the display and showed us all the options and even looked for others when we told him that she had the colors they had in stock. (It was the Friday before Mother's Day...). My son decided on a total gold rose and vase set. The man was kind enough to ask if we wanted it dressed up at all and even gave my son a special gift to give to his mom; a set of peral earings. My son was more than excited.
Good customer service goes a long way with me, and because it's becoming harder to find in stores, I will shop at Arthur's again and again.

Engagement Ring and Custom Band are amazing.
My husband purchased my engagement ring at Arthur's 2 1/2 years ago and it is beautiful. I have consistently received comments regarding its uniqueness, which was important to me in my wedding ring.
Because he had such a positive experience there, we decided to see what they could do for the wedding band, which needed to be custom made.
Arthur's created the band perfectly. The process was very simple, they discussed what I wanted and made a wax example ring, which I was able to see before the official version. The price of the custom ring was not inflated like I thought it would be because of its uniqueness, it was on par with the stndard wedding bands. Once I received the ring it was a perfect fit and was everything I was hoping for.
Overall, my experience was Arthurs was a very positive one and I have recommended them to my friends and collegues. They were polite, patient, timely, and affordable. On top of this, they sell a great product. I will continue to shop at Arthur's whenver I need any jewelry in the future.,…
Arthur's Jewelers- wonderful experience. My fiancé and I went to Arthur's Jewelers to pick out our rings together after getting engaged. I came in not having much idea of what I was looking for. Mark listened attentively and did a wonderful job helping me find the style of ring that fits my personality well. He was extremely patient and walked the store displays with us all afternoon. We never felt pressured or hurried. In the end we found my dream engagement ring and wedding band! I can't wait to wear them for the rest of my life!…
Thanks Arthur's. My wife and I have the best time at Arthur’s Jewelers. Our experiences there were really helpful. Gary helps us with my wife’s engagement ring. There is no pressure at anytime in facts Gary shows us the different option we have to fit our budget and still be able to purchase the ring my wife love. We enjoyed the services at Arthur’s Jewelers and went back a month later to purchase my wife’s wedding band.…

After shopping at several different jewelry stores in the Twin Cities and Saint Cloud area, my fiancé and I decided on Arthur’s to make our purchase the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted
by Gary and worked with him through our entire engagement and wedding band purchase. Not only was he very patient with us, but he was also very knowledgeable and helpful in educating us in the differences between diamonds. He showed us several diamonds and utilized different lighting and magnifying tools so we could make a decision about what WE liked best based on what we were shown. This approach was amazing and ended up saving us lots of $$ just because we had our mind set on a certain color and clarity. We ended up liking and purchasing a diamond that was a slightly less grade of clarity and color than we were originally shopping for…AND it is absolutely beautiful. As a matter of fact, my fiancé tells me all the time that she receives complements from complete strangers. It really is beautiful!!
With the help of Gary our experience at Arthur’s was very enjoyable. It was also pretty sweet that they had an event to where the sales tax for our purchase was completely paid for. Gotta like that!!!
We also had the chance to refer a couple to Arthur’s for their wedding ring purchase and they experienced the same great service as we did.
