After shopping around at many different jewelry stores, my fiance and I paid Arthur's Jewelers a visit! We fell in love with their Star 129 diamond and from that point on, we knew they were the jewelers for us. I am an extremely indecisive person, so choosing the perfect engagement ring wasn't easy for us. My fiance and I worked with Tyler and Arthur's to find just the right setting. He was patient with us while we (and by we, I mean I) tried on half of the bands in the store. In the end, we chose a BEAUTIFUL hand engraved setting from Arthur's own collection. We are currently having the wedding band hand engraved as well by Arthur's own jewelers. Thank you TYLER and thank you ARTHUR'S! :) We couldn't be happier with our ring choice!

I could not wear my great aunt's diamond engagement ring so I took it to Arthur's Jewelers and Tyler helped me pick a heart-shaped pendant to re-set her diamond. I am just thrilled that I can now wear the diamond that belonged to my great aunt.

We shopped for our wedding bands at Arthur's and the experience was such an excellent display of customer service. We worked with Gary, and he spent a lot of time with us. Helping to find the perfect rings; as neither of us had any idea what we wanted. He also took the time to look at my engagement ring which has been passed down for several generations. He gave us so much information while we were looking and absolutely no pressure. We were offered beverages and it was a very enjoyable experience. I would absolutely recommend everyone go and shop with Gary at Arthur's Jewelers.

I recently visited Arthur's Jewelers for the wedding band fair after meeting Tyler at the wedding fair. I purchased my fiances wedding band from him and it was a great experience! We were welcomed and treated well and with no pressure (not to mention the wine and beer available as we shopped lol). I really enjoyed talking with him and working with him to find my fiances perfect ring (and he is a picky one)! I recommend to anyone looking to make a jewelry purchase there! I regret that I already had purchased mine at a chain (wont do that again)! GO THERE! Very good!

My fiancé and I were shopping for our wedding bands. After looking as several stores I fell in love with a band at Arthur's. Mark was such a great help through the process. He responded to my emails in a very timely manner and never once did I feel pressured from him. We purchased my band last week after visiting three times to try it on and are very excited to have it in a few weeks. We will continue to shop with Mark at Arthur's as we felt that we had a great experience! Thanks Mark!

Arthur's was one of the many stops my lady friend and I browsed engagement rings at. We worked with April who answered ALL of my questions and gave us that warm and fuzzy feeling you don't get with chain stores. After browsing Arthur's HUGE selection of rings, April helped us find the perfect ring.

When I came back to order the ring and pick out the diamond, April did a GREAT job finding a diamond that would complement the ring and not blow my budget.

Arthur's Jewelers is a top notch family owned business. We will definitely go back!

Going to Arthur's to pick out an engagement ring was a far more enjoyable (and less stressful!) experience than I expected it to be. We worked with Gary who was incredibly informative and helpful, and he made it possible for me to get the perfect ring for my fiancee. The service was great and the ring even showed up a few weeks ahead of schedule. All in all highly recommended!

We have used Arthur's over the years. This time it was to select a a unique anniversary diamond. Tyler assisted us and was very patient in showing us a wide selection of rings and ultimately came to a unique custom designed yellow diamond that will work well with either gold or white gold jewelry. Tyler was patient, confident and helpful in allowing us time to assure ourselves we were making the right choice. No pressure, listened to our tastes and needs and we feel that we have a unique, heirloom type ring. We would recommend them as a fine jeweler!

After my fiance and I visited 7 different Jewelers, I happened to hear Arthur's ad on the KQ morning show on my way into work one morning. Later that day I stopped in on my own and was greeted by Tom. He was more than great to work with. Honest, sincere, and listened to exactly what it was that i was looking for. The education on diamonds that he presented me with was incredible. That following weekend I brought my Fiance in with me to meet Tom and have Tom educate him as well with the diamonds and the Gemex certification process. A week later (Unbenounced to me) My fiance went in to purchase the setting we had picked out together as well as my diamond after many visits in with Tom. Tom was incredible to work with. Both owners also stopped to make it a point to congratulate my fiance and I as well as thank us for our business. We will be back to purchase our wedding bands and I now carry Tom's Cards with me and plan on handing them out to anyone that I can send his way. I get stopped atleast once a day by someone who wants to compliment me and see my ring. Arthur's only sells the best of the best and will always be #1 in my book! Thanks for making this special time for my fiance and I worry free and completely incredible!
