Best Selection in Town

Arthur's makes you feel like you are a part of their family. They don't pressure you and will honestly answer any question you have. I've been going there for years and will continue to go there for years to come. Not to mention that we have found items there we couldn't find anywhere else.

Best Jeweler in the Twin Cities

This place is fantastic. It is a standalone store, so you do not get the tacky mall feeling. The customer service is absolutely fabulous and the selection in almost ridiculous. People from many different incomes will find something here which is perfect for them.

There was very little pressure to make a purchase by the sales associate, Mark. Instead he gave my now wife and I valuable information regarding diamond characteristics such as cut, clarity, color, carat, etc. Basically he discussed how changes in each category affect the quality and price of the diamond, and helped us to pick out a diamond in our price range with the characteristics we desired. We ended up returning after several months, and after looking at other stores (just to check out the competition), to purchase an engagement ring at Arthur's. Mark had actually given us a quote on the engagement band of interest that was cheaper than it was currently selling for when we returned, and he lived up to that quote. I have never regretted our purchase and plan to shop here in the future for Jewelry when I am back in the twin cities. This may not be the first place you look, but it should be the last.

* I should also mention that they have a great protection plan included with the purchase of the ring, which covers the diamond and covers re-plating of the white gold, cleaning, resizing, and other services as long as you get the ring inspected every 6 months. Most of the other stores we looked at did not offer such a deal.

Excellent service

Over the past 6 months or so, I have been to pretty much every jeweler in the metro area in search of an engagement ring. I must admit that Arthur's, hands down, had the best service of anyone. They have an enormous selection of rings, and when I found the right setting, they have an even larger diamond selection. Gary and Carver worked with me on numerous occasions to find the perfect diamond and setting for the perfect price. Of all the jewelers I've been to, Gary Grube at Arthur's was the first salesperson I met that was interested only in what I wanted. I'm not kidding, everywhere else gave me some kind of excuse as to why I need to buy it now. Gary never once tried to push me to buy it, he took his time and found me exactly what I wanted. I could not be more satisfied, and I will continue to purchase jewelry at Arthur's.
