After my fiance and I visited 7 different Jewelers, I happened to hear Arthur's ad on the KQ morning show on my way into work one morning. Later that day I stopped in on my own and was greeted by Tom. He was more than great to work with. Honest, sincere, and listened to exactly what it was that i was looking for. The education on diamonds that he presented me with was incredible. That following weekend I brought my Fiance in with me to meet Tom and have Tom educate him as well with the diamonds and the Gemex certification process. A week later (Unbenounced to me) My fiance went in to purchase the setting we had picked out together as well as my diamond after many visits in with Tom. Tom was incredible to work with. Both owners also stopped to make it a point to congratulate my fiance and I as well as thank us for our business. We will be back to purchase our wedding bands and I now carry Tom's Cards with me and plan on handing them out to anyone that I can send his way. I get stopped atleast once a day by someone who wants to compliment me and see my ring. Arthur's only sells the best of the best and will always be #1 in my book! Thanks for making this special time for my fiance and I worry free and completely incredible!

I found my fiances engagement ring at Arthur's. I was very pleased with the selection of engagement rings and the time that I was given to make my selection. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything and was provided with every ring I wanted to look at. My fiance and I will be back to purchase our wedding bands in the near future! Bill has been a pleasure to work and helped to make the selection of an engagement ring and wedding bands very easy. Arthur's has a nice atmosphere, and a HUGE selection of rings. I love my Tacori!

My husband and I found Arthur's after a competitor offered us less than half the value for trade in on a piece of jewlery we had. Not only did they have the exact engagment ring I had fallen in love with at the other store, they offered us the full asking price for our trade in and were able to make a custom wedding band for my husband. We loved our first experience there and every one after. We have been loyal customers for over 5 years.

My fiance and I found Arthur's after looking for men's wedding bands at several other jewelry stores. Arthur's selection of men's bands is unmatched. We were able to find the perfect ring for him and a beautiful band for myself as well. Gary was patient, informative and very professional. We had an amazing experience and are so glad we chose Arthur's. We will definitely be back in the future!

Gary helped us out when we went to pick up my wedding ring and diamond earings that were being repaired and he gave us valuable advice on insuring our jewelry and also updated our appraisals. He was so nice and funny and made the entire experience enjoyable. We absolutely love Arthur's and this was the first time we met Gary and found him to be so helpful and knowlegable. His service is top notch and we will definitley look forward to visiting him in the future!

Thank you for the great service and selection of fine jewelry. I really love the variety of designers such as Chad Allison and Tacori. Best selection of quality engagement rings in the twins cities. Customers are treatdc well with appreciation events and no sales tax events. The lifetime warranty is also great! Highly recommend Arthurs!

I first visited Arthur's with a friend who was looking to purchase an engagement ring in 2010. From the customer service that he received, I knew that Arthur's was the place to go when I was ready to propose.

I went back to Arthur's 2 years later. Bill is the bomb. He is friendly, thoughtful, and takes care of his customers. I visited the store 3 times before I found the ring and was ready to purchase. Each visit, he was right there to help and guide me through the process. My fiancé and I enjoy saying hi every time we visit!

Arthur's jewelers is top notch. You will not find a better jeweler, better service, or more beautiful diamonds.

After shopping many other family jewelers throughout the twin cities, my fiance and I found Arthur's to have the biggest and best selection as well as amazing customer service. We found just what we were looking for in an engagement ring: a one of a kind piece that I'll cherish forever. April did a great job pulling rings that fit my style. Great service all around. Looking forward to returning to find our wedding bands!
