When you take on a job, make sure that you know what you're doing.... You sized the setting for my requested engagement ring for the wrong size stone!!! Then you argued with me when I said it was wrong and wanted to go elsewhere even after you acknowledged that it was wrong. You messed up and messed up and messed up again and expected me to just sit and wait while you figure it out.

Wonderful Experience Every Time!. I went to Buchkoskys, after my coworker highly reccommended them. I went there with several goals; to repair an antique ring, replace a cracked stone, and find a pendant to wear for an upcoming event. The staff (family owned) was extremely knowledable and talked thoroughly with me about what was going on, why it was broken and how they could repair it. Afterwards, they had a unique pendant that caught my eye--perfect for my event. I left very happy, and when I returned to pick up my repair, my pieces looked brand new again. Even the antique ring! I feel safe wearing the antique ring knowing they repaired it. Such high quality!
