Sadly disappointed

I went to have a trim on a bob haircut and not only was it very uneven, but there was a big divot cut into the back! My husband, who usually likes my hair no matter what said it was awful. I thought that a bob was so simple that anyone could do it. I will have to have it redone and will have much shorter hair than I want. At least it grows!
I will not return to Roccos.
- Pros: Nice location
- Cons: Poor job with haircut.

Terrible Customer service

I drove a distance to get a hair cut. They were 45 minutes late and didn't even apoligise. My cut was done in a rush and looked it. This was my second try with them.
