SCAM ALERT! Trying to hide now. They have really cheap coupons for oil and transmission fluid changes--that's the lure. Anything to get your car inside. They know that every car on the road needs repair of some sort, lots of it; whether it be suspension, tires, belts and so on. This is when you get HOOK SET into you by the hard selling front man. They do the "COURTESY" safety check throughout your car; not because they love you, but because this the money maker. Next thing you know they are wagging their finger at you telling you of the impending perils of not doing the additional $500-$1000 work. Women get especially burned because they don't get how that stuff works. TAKE A LOOK at the hundred if not THOUSANDS of 1 STAR complaints on various review sites, rip-off report..Pissedoffconsumer etc. Just Google the company name and add complaints. Then they ethics video and come across as victims of a conspiracy by stupid angry people. I caught them wanting to overcharge me $3000.00 for a transmission job. The manager was a jerk and thought he could bully his way through un-winnable lame argument. STAY away if you don't want to by a new shirt and not be able to pay your mortgage payment for months.

Over priced scammers. Took vehicle there for oil change and inspection. I needed to replace my front end tie rods, brakes, roaters. Quoted over $2k for repairs. When I called them back to say I had gotten a quote somewhere else at $1k less. They called me back 2 hrs later to say they had already begun the work. Work was never authorized to be done. This week took my other vehicle in for brakes (to another facility) Received 4 brakes for under $300. They don't charge for labor. VA charges $99 an hour. Watch out as they rip you off!!!!!

beware. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I took my 2004 Maxima to Village to have my transmission rebuilt, they charged me $5,000 guaranteed a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty and my transmission is completely dead not even a year and half later!! On top f that after they fixed it they tightened my lugs so tight they had to be cut off and I had to buy a new set because I didn't replace my wheel bearing with them and when I asked them to cover the cost because they were the last to take the wheel off the told me it was probably my fault. DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE REUINED!
