Really good Vietnamese food. In my opinion, it's the "Hot and Spicy Chicken" that is tops. Ok, I'll try the beef and potatoes sometime, but I KNOW the H+S Chicken is terrific. Get it with "extra rice" and it feeds two with leftovers ... unless you're really hungary that day. The staff are friendly and the food is hot and delicious. It's a great St. Paul combination.

recommended. Beef Potato is very good, when they brought it out I thought to myself "is this legal?" Tender beef, a sweet brown sauce strir fried with POTATO CHIPS!! Where did this dish come from? I don't know, but I like it, a lot. LoMein good with very thin noodles. Spring rolls are fresh and egg rolls good too. Family run, brother and sister handle the serving and seating. We just found it and have been there twice in two weeks... we'll be back more too!

A longtime favorite. For at least 15 years, Vina has been my favorite local Vietnamese restaurant. Everyone there is friendly; you can't beat the prices; you get TONS of food; and their egg rolls and "Beef with Potatoes" are still the best I've ever found. (I usually like chicken dishes, but at Vina the beef seems to be a much better bet.) Parking shouldn't be a problem; park in the designated spaces at KFC or on the one-way (westbound) residential street between Vina and KFC.

I agree!. The Beef with Potatoes is the best around. A must-have dish if you do visit this restaurant. And you should! They are so friendly, fast, and one order feeds 3 people! Actually every dish I've had there is top-notch: chicken, beef, soup, or spring rolls.
