I purchased my first Rolex from RF Moeller Highland Park in late 2012. I worked with Matt on an initial visit for another item that was in repair for a friend. Upon my return, weeks later, Matt pulled out the exact watch I had been looking at and asked if I was ready to make it mine. He helped me with the financing and made the transaction the most positive shopping experience I had ever had! In addition, my friend had always worked with Chad in the past. Knowing this, Chad took it upon himself to add to my experience. He was such a team player and showed so much excitement for both me and my new purchase. My experience was so wonderful with both Matt and Chad that we decided to do additional holiday shopping at RF Moeller Highland Park. I would highly recommend a visit to their store for your next big purchase! Be sure to ask for Matt or Chad!

Our experience with Nancy at the Highland Park R.F. Moeller was great. We found exactly what we were looking for at a great price. The store is beautiful and displays are enticing. If you're looking for great service, a beautiful selection and a great price, definitely check this location out!

Terrific experience at RF Moeller. I had a collector watch that my son wanted, but it needed repair work. Nancy was so helpful, and when the watch was ready...earlier than they promised... see called me to let me know I could pick it up OR they would DELIVER it if I wanted! WOW! I was in the neighborhood, so picked it up anyway, then I told Nancy I was giving it to my son, so she found a nice box, and gift wrapped it for me! I've never had a more customer friendly experience. Thanks Nancy and RF Moeller!

When I decided to start shopping for engagement rings, a friend of mine recommended Carrie Sellers and Nancy Moeller at RF Moeller, whom she had great experience working with. I wasn't disappointed. Both Nancy and Carrie were very helpful with finding the perfect engagement ring for my now fiance. We have since returned to purchase our wedding bands. Moeller's has an excellent selection and top notch customer service. We'll certainly be going back to Moeller's for all future jewelry needs!

Thank you to RF Moeller staff, especially Barb Bollom, who helped redesign and reinvent a beautiful ring from an heirloom that was dated and needed to be refreshed. The design process, which included reviewing CAD drawings and then trying on actual models of my new ring before it was created, was really fantastic. I was nervous about the project because my Grandmother is hugely important to me. I know she would LOVE the new ring as I do. THANKS SO MUCH! I will be back for future projects and purchases.

R.F. Moeller is the best!! I have always had a great experience shopping here. James Moeller was extremely helpful and made my wife and I feel right at home. He has helped me design my wife's wedding ring and pick out pieces for my mom and mother-in-law. The selection is amazing and James only concern is that you get exactly what you want. I love supporting family businesses, and James has turned me into a lifelong customer.

My most recent experience at RF Moeller was positive and delightful. I was greeted by Nancy Moeller and treated with kindness and understanding. She listened carefully to my needs and then spent alot of time showing me several choices.

Extremely thrilled with the engagement ring I bought for my fiance! the entire staff was friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable and patient! They're only concern was that I was happy with the ring I bought! Absolutely coming back again!
