VERY HAPPY. I went to the St. Paul location and was truly happy. Tasha gave me one of the best haircuts of my life!!! I never want anyone cutting my hair ever again!!!
really?.
I used to go there to get my nails done. I was in a pinch and needed to get my hair done as well so I thought "why not I'm here anyway." Well she colored my hair- I have black hair and she dyed in
brown. I was so mad. Then they don't dry your hair they have a dryer station where you do it yourself. Like I said I had somewhere to be. So I paid for a blow out.... The whole time she talked about how I should come back for a hair cut and I just felt pressured. I went to pay for my awful color job. And was going to mention something to the receptionist about how I just wanted my roots touched up and my color was brown. But the stylist could tell I wasn't happy so she didn't leave my side while I paid for my hair.
I actually left so upset I won't even go back there for my nails.…
What to do?.
I just found myself in a predicament..... I have always loved roccos, I have been a client for 9 years or so. I have been to a few different people and have always had good experiences. But, about
two years ago I got my hair cut by Ethan and I was hooked. He suggested Andria to color my hair and she has been great, always getting the color right on.
Now what to do?? I have been hearing from other people that they are working at another salon called Denny Kemp.
RoccoAltobelli has been great and I can trust them if I ever were to need to come back to them.…
Be carefule. They are very demanding and will cut your hair the way THEY think it should be, I went in growing my hair out (which takes me a long time) about to my shoulders and walked out with an asymmetrical graduated bob that I can't style or do anything with, Maybe it fits my face but I want long hair and now I will spend another 5 months growing it to what it was.…
wont be coming back. I have been going to the St. Paul school for about 2 years now and its always really been a hit-or-miss with the color techs. I have returned for re-do's often because they were either unable to match the color or cover the roots all the way. The prices are cheap but the exterior and interior is homely. Hair drying not included with the color. What really upset me about them is that they refused to give me the color formulation for my color. I have never encountered the unwillingness to do this from any other salon or stylist. While I understand that this may be considered work product, I think that from a public relations standpoint, it is not smart to deny the client from gaining access to this information. Whatever the reason for wanting it, people experiment and come and go from salon to salon. Further, if a person is contemplating switching salons, they are bound to lose them as a client regardless. This is NOT the way to retain clients!…
