HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE.. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. when i built my home Warners' Stellian was the place i purchased ALL of my appliances from for the entire house. Since purchasing i have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. My hood had problems within the first year, but getting them to show up to fix it was impossible. Now, that i have finally gotten through to someone they want a service charge to show, and for me to pay to fix whatever was wrong in the first place. My dishwasher has problems and my garbage disposal leaks. I will never purchase from Warners' Stellian again. Now that i have to replace half of the kitchen items alone that i have purchased from them i will make sure to go somewhere that will actually offer after sales service. They don't return phone calls in a timely manner... and they don't seem to care about a problem that they created. All they want is the money upfront.. but there is no service after the fact. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POOR COMPANY!!!
