Poor Employer. this company is run in a major state of chaos , as well as one of the bosses has no idea how to talk to his employees also they will find a way to fire you as to not pay unemployment if you have made it past the probationary period so to all that seek employment with them beware you will be forced to work long hours in rain sleet or snow and you will also be lied to alot and dont be suprised if your paycheck is not there on time every 2 weeks a few times i had to wait till my next pay period to recieve my earlier check so just beware and you might think they bosses are nice in the interview but just wait till you are working for them

Beware. I had a job with these guys for two weeks. The second week, during training I had called in legitimately due to being sick. I had eaten at a restaurant and fell ill for three days. When I called back today he said "You just won't cut it and the guys told me you weren't putting in any effort... blah blah blah". I asked him to give me examples, which of course, he would not! Technically he doesn't have to, because during this time frame your excuse could be so silly that it doesn't have to make sense.

Beware. If you legitimately call in sick they will be skeptical as I guess he (the owner) hasn't ever called in sick the past 25 years.
