The atmosphere is cozy and casual.
The service is outstanding, for a buffet. The staff will remember you, your name, what you prefer to drink, and even where you prefer to be seated, after just a couple of visits.
The food is what it's really all about. Their take on Asian food is near to perfection. Everything is created from fresh, quality ingredients and expertly prepared. Because they take such care to make sure that each dish is the best it can be, they keep the selections minimal. the single steamer table holds about 8 distinct dishes. There is also a chilled salad table and a separate steamer tray for soups, white and fried rice, and chow mein. Great Food, Wonderful, Personal Service!. I love eating at Caravelle. They have the best service ever! Don't go here if you're looking for a quick meal. They make your experience about the food. It will come out hot, fresh, and delicious. I love their pho especially. Always have leftovers, which are even more yummy the next day. I have only been here a few times as I go with relatives who live close by, but the owner always makes sure to greet us by our names, which is rare now days.…
Go during lunch. The buffet during lunch is always excellent, but I went once during dinner and ordered from the menu. They kept putting take out orders in front of the dining people. We waited well over 45-50 minutes and when I asked if they had started on my order, they said they were just getting started. I asked them to cancel my order and the waitress sort of hid in the kitchen until I left. That was pretty disappointing.…

Caravelle is our FAVORITE restaurant! The ladies that work there are SO sweet and remember you after just being in once or twice. The food is fantastic!! We love their eggrolls, sesame chicken,
egg foo young, hot and sour soup, moo shu pork, and lo mein. Actually, we love everything we have tried there. The best thing is every dish has a unique flavor. It's not like some chinese restaurants where everything tastes the same. Everything is cooked and flavored perfectly. We can't say enough good things about this restaurant.

GREAT Food, GREAT Service!!. They have has some of the BEST food and service at Caravelle in Little Canada. The Moo Shu is unbelievable, and the egg rolls are amazing. The veggies are always crunchy, the shrimp is huge, and we generally have enough leftovers for a meal or two. It has a friendly atmosphere, and though it's a little small, there is plenty of room around the tables, so you won't feel claustrophobic. I recommend this to anyone who wants to try Vietnamese food, at an inexpensive price, and an easy location to get to.…
