WONDERFUL Bridal Shop

I stopped in the first time without an appointment, but Judi was very friendly and let me look around until the next person came.

When I came back for my own appointment with my mom and (soon to be) mother in law, I understood why they only want one bride in the store at a time: so they can give EXCELLENT service. She let me pile through the dresses and was very honest with me about how I looked in each one. I never felt pressured in any way and appreciated all the advice on what to look for with my body type.

I went to a lot of stores and had a hard time making up my mind on which dress I wanted. When I went back for a third time with a friend, but kept coming back to the same one. Judi acted more like a friend through the process than someone trying to sell me a dress and that made all the difference in the world. I got my dress and I LOVE IT!!

Not Very Helpful

I went in their to try a couple of dresses that the store had that I was looking for. I went on a Thursday afternoon and the store was not busy at all. I asked the lady if I could try on a couple of dresses and she said, " your going to have to make it quick because I have an appointment coming." O.k. there was no one in the store and she was telling me to speed it up. WEIRD!! I think because I was by myself that she did not think I was a serious shopper. It just so happens that all my family are out of town and I was making the decision by myself. I thought the whole experience was a big turn off. I would not recommend this store, it was nothing special.

Very nice service

Judi was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction immediately. The prices at Napier are the same as many other bridal shops in the Twin Cities and also they will order a dress very similar to your size needs to cut alteration costs. Great selection of Maggie Sottero, not much by Allure. Napier is a small shop which is a good place to start your wedding dress search, they had the right amount of selection. The feeling of being overwhelmed with so many choices could ruin what is supposed to be a fun and special experience.
