Yes, they have a huge selection of hard to find items, but the attitude of the sales staff ruined this place for me. I just wanted to browse--no big deal--but they wouldn't leave me alone. I was accosted by three separate people, twice by the same person with a follow up "Are you SURE you don't need any help?" Wow, how rude--apparently, I must look like some sort of a helpless idiot. Which part of "just browsing" don't they get? I had to leave after about 5 minutes of being in their store today, and not only will I never go back, I'll be dissuading everyone I know from ever going here.
