I want to express my complete satisfaction in visiting your store withing the past few weeks. First to select frames and yesterday to pick them up. Maureen is a cut above and optical expert I have ever encountered. She has my highest regard. I was referred here and so glad I was. Thank you for everything!

There was a huge selection of nice frames. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I even took my daughter there to get her glasses as well.

Linda Is the Best, She adjusted my current frames like Nobody could, The Owner David Ulrich, I had the good fortune of meeting him. David truly believes in Customer service and Very much supports all Military Veterans. All I can say is; Spectacle Shoppe, is like being like back in a small town shop, where your NOT just a number. The difference, spectacle shoppe has Thousands of Frames. If Linda does not have the perfect frame in her location, the New Brighton store will. Linda will just have it delivered to her store for your convenience. I will post a picture of my new Glasses just soon.

Maureen was excellent. She picked out frames that fit our faces and our style and after trying on many pairs, we both chose the first ones she suggested. Thank you!

Linda identified numerous glasses that met my objectives. She was very helpful in explaining the different types of lenses and she met the price of the competition. My glasses were ready before promised. The selection is great! I stopped in initially because of a referral by a satisfied customer.

I have been coming here for many years. Everyone is friendly and seems to know what they’re doing. I’ve switched insurance companies and the transition wasn’t a problem at all.
