The staff couldn't be any more friendly. When I started asking about insurance, and whether mine would work, two employees were working together to help me figure it all out. They gave me an estimate on what lenses would cost out-of-pocket and advised me as to how I could get the best deal for the particular frames I wanted.

I love the selection of frames here! I’m constantly getting compliments on my glasses which is always a plus when I can’t see. The staffs are so genuinely nice and helpful.

These guys are truly great! From my eye exam down to my frame selection - everyone was really helpful/friendly throughout the entire process. There are plenty of stylish frames to choose from, and there are a ton of affordable options.

great service. 5 out of 5 stars does no justice, I would give 10, at least. I have never seen such service, dedication, and joyful patience. The reps are amazing, and helped me through heaps and heaps of glasses to get down to what really suited me best. My head was starting to hurt from all the choices, but they were super sweet and kind about the whole thing, and calmly and easily navigated me through the process. Even the back and forth thinking and reevaluating. Thank you guys so much! Wow.

Professional. I came in to have my eyeglass nose clip fixed. They greeted me very quickly and professionally and to my surprise they didn't charge me as they said this was a courtesy.
