Best tattoos in St. Paul!. Jerry and crew are unmatched when it comes to quality and service. These guys know what they're doing. They knew exactly what I wanted when I simply brought them an idea, and the tattoo turned out great! I highly recommend these guys for any type of tattoo in St. Paul/Minneapolis...Twin Cities!
