Great TV repair experience.. I bought a TV at Best Buy, and it started having issues under warrantee. The picture would blank out for several seconds, then come back. Best Buy said to call the factory, and the factory said to call these folks. Nancy and John from Telvision Services Labs did an excellent job fixing my TV! They trouble shot, ordered parts, and got me going again. John was very experienced at fixing TV's, as he had the part replaced very fast and effeceintly. He then took the time to make sure it was working correclty before leaving: spending extra time to explain how to fine tune the picture. The TV is working better than when it was new! The picture is fantastic. These are friendly and knowledgable folks, that do super work. I will be calling them for future needs!
