Outstanding Work & Service. Another company inspected and condemed our furnace the day before the Christmas holiday, but told us they couldn't get us a new furnace for five days. We called Wenzel and they not only were $1000 less expensive, but came out the SAME DAY! Wenzel's staff was extremely friendly, empathetic to our situation, and very knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone!

Won't recommend. They installed a heating/AC unit in my place and the heat keeps going out. Happened four times last winter. They still haven't fixed the issue...and the unit is under warranty!

Don't expect speedy resolutions or great customer service.

Best Heating and A/C Company in the south metro!. I recently called Wenzel Heating and Air to come to my home after our furnace went out. The service dispatcher was very courteous and we had a technican out in no time! (This was on one of the many coldest days of the year.. so I was suprised and greatful that we were able to have someone come out to our home a.s.a.p.) The technician was also very courteous and extremely informative on diagnosing the problem, fixing the problem, and giving us tips on how to prevent it from happening again. I would highly recommend Wenzel for all of your heating and a/c needs!

Place to call when you are in a heat need!. This past winter my mother (who is quite elderly) called me and told me she did not have any heat in her home. I had heard about Wenzel from a friend of mine and called to make an appointment for her.

The dispatcher was so helpful in scheduling an appointment for my mom and when the service technician came to my mother's home he even showed her how to correctly operate her furnace and how often and where to change the furnace filter! The technician was so helpful that my mom said she won't use anyone else but Wenzel, and as will I. Great service great Care!

Great customer service and technician. I had no cooling in my home on a very hot day this summer. Not only was the service dispatcher courteous, she made and appointment for me same day! The diagnostic fee was comparable to other companies in the area and the service technician was great in explaining the problem and pricing with me.

I would highly recommend Wenzel Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who is looking for a company who had been in the service industry for over 40 years and won't steer you wrong.

For a furnace repair, not the place to go. I had a furnace repair, and they were expensive even though the part was on warranty. The Bryant Control unit had gone bad, and they had no parts in stock. Dispatcher unprofessional and did not apologize for not calling to schedule once part was in, putting off the repair for another day in 90+ degree heat. Moreover, the technician blamed our installation of a new thermostat on the problem, even though everything had worked for weeks after that was installed. Other professionals we checked with completely denied that possibility. It was like they were looking for a way to step around the warranty. We also live less than 10 miles from their Eagan site, and diagnosis for the problem (taking about 20 minutes) cost $99, and it was another $220 for the repair time, but the repair took just over a 1/2 hour! I wish I could make $320 an hour without a degree!

Common courteseys were followed by the technician, like removing shoes before walking on the carpet, but overall it was a poor experience. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use this service unless you have a lot of time and money to waste.
