This past winter my mother (who is quite elderly) called me and told me she did not have any heat in her home. I had heard about Wenzel from a friend of mine and called to make an appointment for her. The dispatcher was so helpful in scheduling an appointment for my mom and when the service technician came to my mother's home he even showed her how to correctly operate her furnace and how often and where to change the furnace filter! The technician was so helpful that my mom said she won't use anyone else but Wenzel, and as will I. Great service great Care!

I had no cooling in my home on a very hot day this summer. Not only was the service dispatcher courteous, she made and appointment for me same day! The diagnostic fee was comparable to other companies in the area and the service technician was great in explaining the problem and pricing with me. I would highly recommend Wenzel Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who is looking for a company who had been in the service industry for over 40 years and won't steer you wrong.
