Best Chinese in Eagan, hands down. Having grown up in the area, we have been to many Chinese restaurants in the southern metro. Anna Chung's is definitely at the top of the list in quality and taste. She uses a lot of white meat in her dishes and her peking chicken is unmatched. Her soups are made from scratch unlike places like Ho-Ting that uses a distributor for much of their food. Honestly Ho-Ting is the worst Chinese in Eagan and any local will tell you that. My wife and I eat out about 5 times a week so we are fairly particular but we eat Anna's at least every other week. The second best in Eagan is the House of Wing though the building is extremely sketchy. You will not be disappointed with Anna's. The service can be a little less than great because it is a family business and they are so busy with their take out orders because everyone knows they have the most authentic Chinese food in the southern metro.

Avoid this place. I was in town and stayed in Eagan area for 3 days. I was looking for Chinese food fix the first night I was there. Unfortunately, Anna Chung was the first one I found and probably the worst Chinese food I ever tested. The food was way salty and unappealing. The whole restaurant smells and staff were not friendly.

If you are looking for good Chinese food, do yourself a favor. Avoid this place...

One recommendation, if you are looking for good Chinese food, try "Ho-Ting" Chinese restaurant on Duckwood. I am glad I found this little place the next day. The foods in ?Ho-Ting? are more authentic and way better than Anna Chung and they are not try to killl you with salts...

good place to eat. While it seems very burbish and americanized chinese as far as the decor goes, the food is excellent. The sauces are thicker and more flavorful than normal chinese.
