good work, but lacks in..

Great starter starter and installation, but he likes to hear himself talk. Had a follow-up quesiton on installation on a simple issue, but was quick to defend his installation, which had no problems. Didn't feel comfortable dealing with Hand Command.
- Pros: Car Starter is great!
- Cons: Lacks people skills

That's not even his updated info. HORRIBLE REVIEW! This guy is a joke! He sold me a garbage ECU, that i spent over $200 bucks on, and he would not warranty it after 2 weeks like he claimed he would. The ECU had no powder coating and was just thrown together and given to me for full p...rice. When I got the ECU, it didn't even come with a tunable chip. As soon as I put one in, that he was suppose to give me but did not, it fried my ECU. I contacted him about the issue and he called me lair, and told me I was crazy and that it was my fault. He hung up on me and ignored my calls. I've never dealt with such a horrible person. I will update this page if anything changes. DO NOT deal with this guy, he's very hard to deal with. I've never been this disappointed before.

Remote car starters: great product, convenient installations, and highly knowledgeable

I hace had Tony install remote car starters for 3 of my cars over the past 5-6 years, and his technical ability and knowledge and his enthusiasm is unparalleled. He does his installs onsite and comes to wherever you are, so you don't have to drive anywhere and wait. He's always been available for troubleshooting, over the phone or in person, and stands behind his product sand installations. He is very friendly, extremely technically adept, very honest and helpful, and I would recommend him highly!
