Legendary service, shoes to die for and fashion-forward merchandise keep shoppers returning..
Founded as a Seattle shoe store in 1901, this popular chain is now known for manageably priced designer duds. Shoppers find a hint of sophistication in the store's white floors and pianists on baby grands. Unique departments include the Brass Plum juniors' section with Ruby Rox and Diesel, and Studio 121 for career-savvy women. A business-centric men's clothing department offers Ben Sherman suits, while relaxed styles from Marc Jacobs and Lacoste are in The Rail department.
Best Quality, Good Products, high prices. Ah Nordstrom! It's the clothing store that makes men broke. But can you really put a price on 5 star service? The next closest Nordstrom is all the way in Chicago. The men's department is about 20% the size of the womens department, but has a good enough selection. I found the only "shiny" dress shoes in town for $200. Socks are long lasting and comfortable at about $15 pair. I bought an assortment of bling, bling ties for about $100 a pop (not recommended). And I also bought 8 high end american boss and joseph aboud suits (about $800 a pop). They really take care of you and tailor your suit the way you like it like skinny on the torso. I also found a spectacular camel hair winter long coat. If you're looking for Italian suits, you high roller, then go take a weekend to Chicago's Miracle Mile Nordstrom and they have 4 Italian suit sections!!
