Calling is a mistake! Slow service. I went to Best Buy in Apple valley and ordered all new appliaces, this was a huge task for the sales associate, even though I had everything picked out and all the research done, I even had all of their SKU numbers so they just needed to enter it into his computer. Still I was there for over 1.5 hours. Then when I was reviewing my reciept they some how got a Gas Dryer on there when I wrote down the electric dryer SKU. I dont even know how he got the gas dryer information! When I went to call in and fix it, the phone rang for about 5 min, just when I was about to hang up a nice lady answered the phone, I told her the situation and she transers me back to appliances, the phone rings for another min then I can only imagine that I got bounced back to her and she just picks up the phone without saying anything and puts me on hold, 1 min later someone answers in appliances. he said that he will fix it and call me back. He calls me back within 5 min and tells me my delivery day has now changed... I told him that woudlnt work, so he called people and fixed it... Main issue here, they are bad at phones, and some of the people that work there should have gotten fired when they dismissed all of the other people.

Extremely horrible store! Especially The Television Department!. Normally, I would let things go but the treatment I recieved by the store especially the television department is totally unacceptable. The television department is lacking basic knowledge about their televisions. They single out customers and disciminate. I am of middle eastern decent, I overheard the manager Kenny using racial slurs against me. Treated me as I didn't know anything. He had no knowledge whatsoever about his products, and he was extemely rude! If any administrator is reading this, you need to discipline your employee's and make sure this doesnt happen again!
