Pet Clips - Poor Service

This was out first experience with a groomer - I made an appointment for my 2 lb dog almost 2 weeks in advance - over 5 hours later she was ready!!! 5 hours for a 2lb dog with an Appointment!!!!?????!!!! No way this is normal! No way does it take over 5 hours to groom 2lb dog - did I mention we had an appt too!!!!? I will never return here for my dog to sit in a kennel for 5 hours just to get a hair cut! Hire more help or don't take on more than you can or do the dogs with the appts FIRST!

Our large, furry dogs have been groomed here for many years and they do a great job de-furring them. They do it all, bath, brush, nails, and a nice scarf at the end. They smell great and lose about 10 pounds of fur each time. Nice job, pet clips!

The Best Place To Have Your Pets groomed!

For the past 10 years I have taken my dogs to Pet clips. Alley has always has a smile and my two Cockers and my two Labradors have never had any problems after leaving, unlike another place I took them in the past. If you care about your pets this is the place that takes care of them 100 percent. Too put out there one of my cockers is very touchy if I could say and they have worked with his disability.
- Pros: Smiles and ease to get animals in. Fearless Kittys that are plesent and fluffy.
- Cons: Have none that come to mind after 10 years.
