Sent a large box of DVD's to MX123. I rec'd an e-mail stating they rec'd the box, then I rec'd another e-mail stating that some of the items were scratched, etc. and therefore they would be discounted. But the e-mail was not clear so I sent back a return e-mail asking for some more info. Never heard back from them despite several calls and e-mails. It has been several weeks with no response!!! MX123 IS A RIP OFF! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

I sold 2 DVDs to MX123 and shipped them. After shipment I got an email saying that the prices that they were paying were too high and wanted to pay me way less. This is after I have completed the transaction on their website and got confirmation! I had to wait almost a month to get back my DVDs and one of them is damaged because they just ship them using a cheap mailer. I never got back my shipping fees for the priority mail insured that I paid... MX123 IS HORRIBLE AND A RIP OFF! USE WHEREHOUSE OR SECONDSPIN INSTEAD!

I have know the owners since they had there retail stores open. I beleive they are concentrating on their online operations now and buy alot of dvds and video games. I wish they were still open. I used to get a lot of good deals there.
