Friendly & Informative Staff, New bulbs! :). I'm not exactly sure what other people are expecting to get from a tanning salon. It's pretty basic, you pick a package, sign up and go in as a walk in to tan. Not exactly a complicated thing.

I joined this month and called ahead first to get a feel for the staff after reading these bad reviews. The woman on the phone was very friendly, professional and informative. I decided to ignore the reviews based on that call. I went in that night and signed up for their services. I was greeted by both girls sitting at the front counter. They both were smiling and willing to answer any questions I had about packages and lotions.

I've belonged to several other tanning salons over the years. Not only this Catch A Tan, but their other salons have been clean, well priced and personally I think that the staff does a nice job. They greet you with a smile and it's nice that they recognize you and make the effort to get to know you by name.

Save your money and do not enter. My smart friend told me a bad story this morning about his chat with Catch a Tan. I think I will go to the places he recommends to tan after my contract is up at catch a tan. Woodbury’s miss a tan, is much like the Vikings , if it wasn’t for the owner or coach they would be good.haha. My buddy Tans as if it was his job sometimes, and he gets that job done with success, other than when affiliated with this next-door bogus place.haha. He does know how to get tan the most, out of the people I know. He always seems to give good advice and he is always there to help. I just thought that I would pass this story along to the owner, for my friend, and for others like him. At the very least maybe, the owner will stop what he is doing to people, and make this one instance right, with a refund, or an apology. Well we already know that will not happen. This is similar to the oil company hiding behind the innocent cashier clerk. They badly screwed things up for a lot of people, and for a generation a head of them, and they have yet to make it right. Okay slightly an exaggeration…ha-ha. To Everyone, thank you for reading this and I appreciate the time you have spent listening. I don’t know if this anonymous owner went to college but he doesn’t run a business the right way and I’m not sure if he has a son. I hope he’s not teaching his kids life, like he teaches his employees to lie and sugar coat bull crap. Because hey! The owner’s job is to get people tan or at least give them cancer if they got burnt and he doesn’t provide. At least my friend got burnt metaphorically by them over the last ten years but never got any Real good or bad results.They provide little to no results for the money, but they will take a lot of your money.

FIND ANOTHER TANNING SALON QUICK!!. This place is the worst! Their staff is not well trained- they give misleading information about their packages and when they do mess up- they do not claim responsibility for anything- I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!!!
