Watch Out. I had them came out this year and they did not complete the job. Contract agreed was to seal all the attic bypasses and chase ways, which are the gaps from the electrical wiring and plumbing pipes. I had an energy audit from Centerpoint and they showed me through the infrared red lights that all the heat were escaping from there. So, dont go with these guys, they are CROOKS. They didnt even seal, weather stripped the attic access panels in my attic. Watch out Minnesota.
