Terrible Service and Management

My friends threw a surprise birthday party for me and my sister on Saturday night. We had at least 50 people at the party. The service was terrible, drinks would come out wrong, servers were very rude to guests at the party (they even pushed one of my friends chairs and knocked her down!). People were

"cutoff" with no explination. When I asked the manager why, his response was it doesn't matter, I am getting out of this industry so I don't have to deal with people like you. The waitress was yelling in my face that a card was declined for the tab - when I speicifcally asked her not to charge it to the card I was holding the tab with. Well, today I have 2 charges on my credit card thanks to her error. I use to love going to this bar. I have been a patron for over 10 YEARS! If this is the way they treat patrons, I can not imagine the service someone coming in off the street will get. I am embarrassed for my friends and family. A lot of them had not been to this bar before and were excited to check it out. It is not worth the drive to visit this place.

average happy happy hour bar

been here a few times, it mostly just your average after work happy hour bar. food is good. service is average prices are a little high and specials aren't great.

Good Place to Unwind

When traveling, it's a nice place to go for a low stress evening. Menu is good. Drink prices are average. Waitstaff is attentive and pleasant. I have had dinner in the restaurant section, but usually eat in the lounge to enjoy the entertainment. It is not packed on Tuesday night, karyoke night when I was there (the gal running it is a sweetheart). There were groups there just for a drink after work (or after a softball game). For a non-smoker, you will leave smelling like an ash tray, but it is not as bad as a lot of clubs. I will go again just for the low stress environment.
