At all of Soile Anderson's Taste of Scandinavia bakeries and delis, patrons can pick up food or grab a table. There's always Swedish limpa bread and dark ryes, plus such flavors as pumpernickel and wheat-nut. Sweets from elegantly decorated layer cakes to Finnish cinnamon pulla can be found, while salads (lots of veggies, sometimes accented with cheese or pickled herring) get their own display case and soups can be taken home in plastic quart containers.
