Loved Donovan's!!!. My wife and I decided to stop in Friday night (11/10/06) to have dinner and we don't regret the decision at all. The atmosphere was wonderful in this newly remodeled restaurant. We stopped in the bar first and had a drink. The staff is very attentive to your every need. The bartender filled us in on some of the menu selections that he has tried and that their steaks and burgers are all from organic raised beef. We were early so got our pick of a table in front of the fireplace. We also had a great view of the lake and of the many Christmas trees they have lit up on their large deck outside the windows. We decided on the Sesame Seared Coho Salmon and the Creekstone Flat Iron steak and we were not disappointed! The marsala sauce on the steak was excellent. The sesame seed coating on the salmon was also very tasty and something I've never had before. The salads were also very fresh. I can tell you that we will be back, the menu has many selections that we would like to try. We will surely be back next summer when that deck is open....what a nice view of Tanner Lake.

Give it a try - you will enjoy it!!. Great atmosphere, whether in the bar or the dining room over looking the lake. Happy our is reasonable and appetizers very good. A variety of dinners are offered of which I have enjoyed. The buffet at noon consists of chicken (awesome) and pizza (great) along with a soda for a very resaonable price. The employees are very welcoming and friendly. Truly enjoy it every time I go.

This family-run restaurant prides itself on fresh food and unbeatable views. Any seat in the house provides atmosphere, whether its dining fireside indoors or perched on the outdoor deck, which boasts a panoramic view of Tanners Lake. Couples, groups and banquet-sized groups are served classic steak and seafood fare, including crab cakes, clam chowder, grilled shrimp and sirloin steaks.

Donovan's is awesome!. I love going to Donovan's! The service atmosphere and the service is great! I highly recomend this place to everyone!
