Bad Owners, Not a Spa. The new owners of this so-called "spa" are, from my perspective, bad and incompetent owners. They are not licensed by the State Board of Cosmetology. They refused to honor a SpaFinder gift certificate for a facial and chemical peel even though they're listed as SpaFinder partners.

I was horrified to find out my massage therapist was not paid her tip that I left her on my credit card. I'm planning on contacting my credit card company to dispute the amount. The new owners seem more concerned about making money rather than customer service. When I talked to the lady at the front desk she spoke broken English and had clients credit card information in plain view for me to see. That was enough for me. Not going there again - ever. It's not even a spa.…

Best service, variety, and staff.. I just moved to the area and have been trying to find a new spa for the past few months. I finally ended my search when was referred to this spa by a friend. My hair has never turned out better and the massage therapist will be the only one I see from now on. They accommodated me on late notice and the staff are wonderful!!!! I can't wait to go back.…

Worst place to go. I'm changing my intitial review from good to BAD. This business lost me as a customer when I found out about some of their business practices. I had a gift certificate that was purchased shortly after Christmas in 2008. It was silver and blue and they wrote in permanent marker the value of the gift certificate since they didn't have the right machine or something. I had the receipt. I had the card. It showed that I purchased it in Woodbury. I go in to use it in May, and they don't honor it. Yet, it was purchased at the new location.

WHAT?!

I'm out $250 in services that I was supposed to receive. The owners have such an issue in paying their employees - I overheard them talking in the back. I have never run into a more snobbish, self-centered staff. Reception was horrible and dismissive. One reception girl had awful eyebrows that were drawn in completely. Looked like crap. Another receptionist was barking at the massage therapists. And funny, they do waxing and "facials" yet I didn't see a salon license. Interesting.…
