I will recommend this hotel. I am very likely to return to the Regency Inn and Suites Anoka. I would definitely recommend it to friends

Will definitely look at using this hotel again. Nice hotel, clean rooms, helpful staff.

Had 7 rooms for a group, staff was very understanding and helpful getting changes made and processing the billing. Will definitely look at using this hotel again when our group is near Anoka.

Very helpful desk people. Hot and very helpful desk people. It was in a good location and it was a great place to stay. Close to beer store and pool halls too

Rude Staff. There was a group of people staying at this hotel for a softball tournament. Everyone that I know that stayed there for the weekend had the worst customer service ever. The front desk staff were very rude. We are all in our mid 20 to early 30. They treated us like we were 18. They came into some of my friends rooms to see how many people were staying in the rooms. Told everyone at check in that they did not want any problems from us and that they would be keeping a close eye on us. They told one of my friends when she checked into the room that she did not look like she was 24 and accussed her of lying during the reservations. She showed them her ID to prove her age and they said nothing. I have never stayed at place that has been so unprofessional in my life.
