GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ghani himself came and estimated my yard and was both sensitive and accommodating to what i wanted. I had over seven thousands yards of sod installed and his crew did a great job! So great in fact they earned business from each neighbor on the side of me as well as two home up the street. They definitely over delivered on everything they promised me. They were clean, polite, and most of all fast. I am concered the above comment was written by a disgruntled employee or even a competitor because it doesn't describe the company i hired at all. My yard looks great and to show how much my business meant to them they even came back and repaired the damage the snow plows caused the following winter for free of charge. Bad customer service. First, they quoted only sod for half of the yard, but wrote in the offer that the sod would cover the entire yard. Then they wanted me to pay the rest for their regular price.

After we discussed options they did not follow up on their promise to install the remaining sod for free, while I was willing to pay the full price for the remaining sod. Then they did nothing for tree weeks, until the winter stopped the work.

Now in spring they don't return phone calls.
