LIES, LIES, LIES! The very friendly technician came out and informed me that I had a coolant leak in the house and that it was going into the furnace and recommended that we get new units since we had contractor grade in the home.

WELL, after getting several bids for new units I found a different person/company to replace everything. As he was switching things out I asked him to confirm the original diagnosis. He showed me that I was lied to. Everything they said was wrong was NOT wrong.

My leak was outside on the valves of the air conditioner, not inside! My blower wheel was in normal condition and my coil in the house was just fine. One Hour fed me total lies to try to get a sale off of us.

DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE without a second opinion first! A $100 service call is much cheaper than a 5K total replacement!

Courteous Staff. Courteous staff. Clean and neat work. Tidy clean up after job. Compared to other bids I got, Northern?s was a right in line but your salesman were 100% more personable, so I would definitely recommend Northern?s One Hour!

Appreciate their Work. The crew for Northern’s One Hour did thorough and professional work, despite the late hour, they patiently explained our new system to us and answered all our questions. We’ve never been so satisfied with a company. We appreciate their work!

Great Service. When our heater stopped working we were happy to have our club membership with Northern’s One Hour. They came out quickly and replaced the part, which was covered by our warranty, and had it running in 2 hours. We remain happy with Northern’s and our club membership. We were also happy the membership saved on later labor charges. Jason the technician did a good job repairing and dealing with the situation.

Expert Furnace and Central A/C Installation Service. We received an offer by mail and called to make an appointment. From the first call until the service was complete, we were completely impressed.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the systems and he made a recommendation that was right for our situation.

The installers were also very professional and did a great job. One thing that really stood out was how they treated our home as if it were their own.
