I think they do excellent work. Extremely well versed and educated, great prices I think. Much cheaper than the dealership and they stand behind their work, I don't know what the other complaining review is about at all. I've been taking all my cars there plus my muscle car (that I certainly don't trust to just anyone) to work on, these folks really take pride in their work. I've been using their services for several years now and have been very pleased.

Terrible Customer service. If there was a ZERO I would pick that,

The Mechanics are ok, BUT the Owner and Service people are WORTHLESS, they don't stand behind there work, BEWARE go elseware.

BEST Mechanic EVERY. They are one of the BEST Mechanics I have ever been to! These days it is hard to find a good Mechanic, and I have one for LIFE!!! They have worked on all my cars, and they have done a TOP Notch job every time! From small jobs to big jobs.

Was told by another mechanic a piece for my truck would cost $80, and when I brought it up to Andover Auto to look at they said $35 for the SAME piece. Every thing runs like a charm now!!!
