I don't share your concern. This is my place to go for big sizes. They have what I need, they pick out what they offer, and have special ordered for me a few times over time. I know the owner and it is not Scott Winnick. To say these things about him is just wrong. He's cheerful and ready to help. Yes, he has two dogs on site but they are no problem. Accidents happen and one dog is very old, going blind. I also know the store manager and she has been nothing short of helpful in all the years she's been there. The store policy is two weeks so you need to read the fine print when you pay for your goods. If signing a credit agreement, mine clearly states the return policy. You have an obligation to read what you are signing, although I do feel bad for you that you felt you were not treated well.

To say that you are as good as dead to this family is an outright lie. Go shopping there and draw your own conclusions.

Horrible place to be. The owner is only out to get your money. Scott Winnick has a horrible tendency to basically rape you in the ear there is no avoiding him talking your ear off. There are dogs that pee and poop everywhere in the store so watch where you walk. The tall lady is a supersticious nut and a conspiricy theorist and may well have paranoia. These people are only out to get your money. And if you bring your teen daughter in be sure to keep an eye on Scott, as said he's the one with a big mouth and a big gut and is a lecherous pervert. I would highly advise shopping anywhere else because if you don't buy something they don't see you as any better than being dead.

Most I've been lied to in years.. I have never been so annoyed with a clothing store, like I have been with this one.

I ordered an item, and they promised it would be kept on hold until I could pay for it. (5 days after it got there, at most.) Instead, I get a call on the day it gets there. "YOU NEED TO COME IN NOW, AND PAY FOR IT, OR WE ARE GIVING IT AWAY." I get into the store, and am told that there is no other buying, they will hold it for 2 days.

I tell them I need at least 4. They get pissy, and tell me to get out of the store.

No Customer Service-Abusive Employees. I was trying to return an item and didn't realize the "return" policy is limited to 14 days. The employees were NOT helpful in working with us and became downright abusive with me and my children. I will NEVER go back and would not recommend anyone else purchasing from them. This site wouldn't let me rate any lower than a 1 star.
