This is the place to get your taxes done!. I have had my taxes done at Tax Ladies for several years, and have always had a good experience. Not only do I see the same preparer each year who is familiar with me and my tax situation, the whole office staff is friendly and recognizes me each year.

I feel that my tax lady is knowledgable and she asks questions each year to gather enough data to properly prepare my taxes, and get me the best refund she can with my figures. She explains my tax returns to me and is able to answer all my questions. I will continue to use Tax Ladies in the years ahead! Thanks for a great job, Ladies!

Do not recommend due to poor customer service. This is the only place I have ever heard of that does not complete your tax return while you wait. They did not disclose until the end of my appointment that there was a $50 retainer fee and the filing would not be completed the same day. When I came back to pick up my return there was no one to go through the return with me and answer my questions. When I asked to have the office manager call me, she did not. The filing itself was fine, but I won't go back due to the bad customer service.
