Very Poor Service!. My fiancee and I visited the Ridgedale location where we go quite often. We were seated in a reasonable amount of time and Jeff would be our server. He came over and took our drink orders and said he would be back with the drinks and bread. Our drinks came but he said that the bread was in the oven and would be out soon. We understood and gave him our orders. Another party that sat down and ordered after us received multiple loafs of bread by Jeff while we still had not been served any. We waited for over fifteen minutes until our food came out, only after did another server come with bread for us. Jeff never once stopped by to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. He never spoke when he came to fill our drinks although he was quite talkative to other tables. We were upset with the service even though the food was delicious. Sadly, it is the staff that really make the experience something we come back for. The experience left us with a sour taste for Macaroni Grill.

Performing chefs cook up rustic, home-style Italian entrees at this buzzing family restaurant.. In Short
A boisterous, all-ages crowd of pasta lovers pack this energetic Italian spot, where chefs clad in white hats and red scarves keep diners wide-eyed by showing their moves in the busy open kitchen. The menu boasts family-sized portions of hearty traditional fare, from antipasti, chicken and pasta dishes to seafood, steak and wood-fired pizzas. Signature plates include grilled pork chops, lobster ravioli, and penne rustica with shrimp, grilled chicken and smoked prosciutto in cream sauce.

This is the best Italian Food in Town. I eat here all the time. Being Italian myself, i am very picky when it comes to Italian Food. I recommend this restaurant to everybody that asks me "what's a good Italian Restaurant?" I LOVE the Lobster Ravioli! I have never been disappointed and I can't count how many times I have eaten here. The Penne Rustica...my second favourite. The Veal Ravioli if they ever bring it back....fabulous! Keep up the good work! I looked into buying into the chain.....but it is corp. owned...too bad!

Best value around!. I love this place! They must be the best chain place going. The food is exceptional, service great, and the prices ... I can believe how cheap this place is! Go for a late lunch on the weekend and you can spend 15-20 for a couple for a great meal. I just ate at one of the "better" Italian places reviewed here and it couldn't hold a candle to Romano's.

mmmmmm and cheap!!. I eat here as frequiently as possible which ends up being only about once a year. It's the best. I can't think of another Italian retaurant with the selection, service and quality at this price. Best value by far.

Very good for a chain. We went there on a Friday night and were seated in about 10 minutes. Our waitress was exceptional but a bit over worked with the number of tables she had to cover. The Food was pretty good but it was a bit loud.
