Make Wedding Day your only stop fellas... I went looking for an engagement ring last month and made multiple stops at Helzberg, Kay, Shane Co and Jared. Each of these stores had a gimmicky "cut" that was supposed to be far superior to any other brand. I was getting sick of the process really quickly until i discovered wedding day on a lunch break in Eden Prairie. I was immediately greeted by Brock, the store's manager. He went way out of his way for my purchase and spent countless hours over multiple days helping me find the right diamond and setting. Wedding day has a "buy with your eyes" concept. Brock set many stones out in front of me and hid all of the price tags. I was able to pick out the perfect diamond and best looking diamond without knowing a price. Once he flipped over the price tags, the diamond I selected was 2K less than the others. Great service, great financing options, BEST section, go to wedding day. A+

Great Customer Service! I went to Wedding Day to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I was greeted by Britanny. She helped me walk through their enormous selection of engagement rings. Everyone there was very helpful and educated me on diamonds and grading. They had me look at several diamonds and judge on my own what was important to me (size, color, clarity). I came back several times and was never pressured to buy anything. Britanny even drove to a couple different stores to pick up diamonds that she thought that I would really like. She was right! I found the perfect stone and a great ring to fit my fiancés style. We’ve gone back a few times with questions, to have her ring cleaned, and to buy and pick up our wedding bands. They always make us feel like family, and I just can’t say enough about their customer service.

A MUST for Jewlery Shopping!! My fiancé and I had started looking at rings about 6 months ago. We went to all of your major shops, Kay, Helzburg, Jared, etc., and ended up with a hands down mutual decision to purchase our rings at Wedding Day. They have 2,000+ engagement rings to choose from, and if they don’t have the ring there that you want, they can get it for you or design it for you. Not only did they have the greatest selection to choose from, their service was impeccable as well. They respected our budget, so we could get the best bang for our buck. Jeremy and Brock at Wedding Day in Eden Prairie, MN we amazing to work with and we look forward to doing more business with Wedding Day.

Exceptional Service. Jeremy and the Team there is Awesome. I went there for an appraisal of what we purchased almost 10 years ago. I was treated as if I purchased it today. On the spot appraisal service, ring cleaning, ring advice and maintenance. They even checked a loose stone I brought in to see if it was a diamond, indeed it was. It will be an awesome gift for my daughter some day! Thank you staff at the EP Wedding Day Diamonds. I am so glad that I made my big purchase there almost 10 years ago. Now 5 kids later, I know where to send all my referrals and children when they need a diamond. 100% on the trust level! Thanks Again for everything.

Engagement Ring Shopping. I recently bought an engagement ring at Wedding Day. Overall, the customer service was great, which more than made up for the slightly higher prices. I would highly recommend shopping at Wedding Day Diamonds!

Customer Service: Britanny was tremendous to work with. She was exceedingly patient with my fiancee and I as we looked through a majority of the rings. Britanny was great at quickly learning what styles my fiancee liked, and made recommendations based on the styles. Britanny also did a nice job helping me with picking out a diamond. She brought in different diamonds a number of times with out seeming impatient. I especially appreciated the fact that there was no hard sell from Britanny. Buying an engagement ring is stressful by itself. It was nice not to have a salesperson adding more pressure. Thanks for all the help, Britanny!

Selection: Wedding Day had the best engagement ring selection of any of the ~10 stores we shopped. I was a little disappointed in the diamond selection. I was specifically looking for a stone with a GIA or AGS report. Wedding Day did not have many diamonds with an independent report in the .80-1 carat range. Wedding Day was willing to send diamonds to be graded. However, when presenting this option Erin quoted a 6 week turnaround time at the lab and a cost of $300. However, the GIA website quoted a 2 week turnaround and a cost of $78.

Price: Wedding Day's prices were ok. The diamond prices tended to be a fair amount higher than Blue Nile for comparable stones with an independent report. Ultimately, I was willing to pay a little more for the ability to see the stone first hand and for the great service.

Warranty: Wedding Day has a great warranty. They cover rhodium treatments, resizing, loose stones, etc. The best part is there is no requirement to bring the ring in every 6 months or year! The only hangup I had with the warranty is that they are a local, family owned shop which means a better chance of closing than a larger chain.

An Excellant Experience. I would just like to take the time to mention here that my experience with Wedding Day Diamonds and more specifically Britanny at the Eden Prairie store was wonderful. My fiancee loved her ring and i loved how easy it was to purchase it. It's kind of a big deal and i was very nervous and not sure what to expect but Britanny and the sales staff made it very easy. My fiancee currently lives out of state and wedding day's warranty is one of the best, letting her take her ring to any wedding day nationwide and get it serviced. I could go on and on but simply put it was a great experience and i would highly recommend it to anyone. :)

Great Expierence EVERY TIME!. Every time I walk into wedding day, I am greeted by the staff with my FIRST NAME! I am a long-time customer of Wedding Day and will ONLY use them for ALL of my jewelry needs. My fiancée and I bought both of our wedding bands and my engagement ring there. BUT, they do not just do wedding jewelry. I recently went there because I wanted a mothers ring. I drew up what I wanted it to look like for my favorite associate there, Jeremy, and they actually custom built it for me, so that I could have a one-of-a-kind, not so typical mothers ring. Not to mention that you do not have to pay anything extra for the warranty and you are never on some crazy time-line where you have to get the ring checked every 6 months. I can take my rings in any time to get them re-sized or re-dipped (to make it look like new again) for FREE! I definitely recommend them to everyone who is looking for new jewelry of any kind!

Very pleasant experience. My fiance and I stopped in on a Monday to pick out my engagement ring. I knew what I wanted, but didn't know how to convey it very well. Erin had the utmost patience with me, allowing me to try on many different varieties, each time taking notes and tailoring her next selections based on my feedback.

I finally found one I loved, and when she told me I would have to wait up to 4 weeks for it to be ready I was disappointed. She put a rush on the order, saying it would likely be ready within 2 weeks. Four days later my fiance got a call to pick it up!

We'll be back to pick out our wedding bands for sure.

Very happy customer!. I had a really nice experience at WDD - I sold a diamond that was very important to me and the staff listened and took good care of me. They were patient with my questions and worked hard to make sure I understood why their offer was what it was. It was a good, fair offer and I am happy to have sold my diamond to WDD. I highly recommend going to WDD to either buy or sell a diamond. They know their stuff and are very nice. I like their no pressure style. Thank you!!!!

Great Experience, Great Customer Service. I bought my ring from Wedding Day Diamonds in Eden Prairie and had a great experience. Since my purchase I've had great customer service working with the manager Erin. I would highly recommend shopping at Wedding Day Diamonds and working with Erin at the Eden Prairie store.
