My experience was originally very good with walser nissan but now I have learned walser nissan does not concern themselves with the safety of the vehicles they send off of their lots. My 2012 nissan murano supposedly had tires replaced on it prior to me purchasing it and after the initial snow fall leaving a good layer of snow on the ground I found they at one time only replaced one tire and left me with three bald tires. Due to the bald tires on the vehicle I recently had no control and crashed damaging my tie rod ends, black chrome rims now leaving me with over 2,100.00 dollars in damages. I found that the tires were evaluated by tread depth and considered by walser safe to leave on the vehicle, one was not and replaced. Four months later I was also told that everything checked out fine on my first oil change, including the tires. I caution anyone purchasing from a walser dealership to consider looking over everything very closely and not taking their word for it, may also consider having a second opinion by a certified mechanic, but don't trust the word of the dealership.
My experience with Walser Nissan was great! Mike Rosett patiently helped me through the process of leasing my car. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions so that I could understand (cars aren't exactly my thing). He took into consideration my needs without trying to sell me something unnecessary. Now I'm driving a vehicle that suits me perfectly, and a year later I'm still in love with my car!
We worked with Jake W this weekend on trading in our 2010 Sentra for a 2012 Rogue. The customer service at Walser Nissan is outstanding. Jake was patient with us and explained what was going on every step of the way. The dealership itself is very welcoming and I've always had get experiences with the service department as well. I would recommend Walser Nissan to anyone looking for a new car.
Customer Specialist (aka Andrew R.) poor follow up – I had contacted this dealership because I wanted to test drive a very specific vehicle which was advertised. Their customer specialist team member Andrew R scheduled a time, and verified it with me on the phone. However, upon arriving 15min early for my test drive (and 2 hours after my confirmation e-mail) I was told he had some “bad news” for me. Someone was finishing the paperwork on that vehicle at the moment. Their "customer specialist" was just sitting at his desk, and made no attempt to call to inform me that the car I was coming to look at was being purchased.
I drove over an hour to come and look at one particular car. I had specified I was not interested in any other vehicle. I was ready to pay for the car that day…..just wanted to test drive it first. There was no apology, or anyone acknowledging what I was saying. Instead, "well you can look at some other options we have" I said No thanks, and left.
After I walked out of the dealership, and was told by Andrew “my manager said the deals not done yet”. I told him I’m not going to bid for a car. I have a hard time coming to understand that as a business you would Bigger/Better deal it, and pit customers against each other when paperwork is almost done being filled out.
The dealership lost a guarenteed $16,000 sale…paid in full. You need to concentrate on being a CUSTOMER SPECIALIST……if you don’t have customers, you don’t have income and no jobs.
Love the Customer Service – We stopped by and didn't know what we ran into. Everyone was so accommodating and nice it was almost scary. Didn't know a car dealer would work as hard as they did to make the sale fit where my wife and I thought our payments needed to be, get the deal we wanted, and the coverage we wanted for the price we could afford. Andrew was a huge reason we hung around and worked with them the first afternoon. Then Jake took over the next day and worked numbers with us to make everything work out. As we worked with the lender to get numbers to where we needed them Jake continued to crunch the number with us and was extremely helpful. We love our new Pathfinder and everyone says we got a great deal, even the loan officer at the bank questioned the price and said that is a great price.
Exceeded my Expectations!!!! – Absolutely loved the Service from Nissan Walser, I had the pleasure of working with Amanda black, who not only was patient, but took the time to go through everything from top to bottom, and in no way made me felt rushed throughout the process. I love my new Nissan Altima, and will continue to spread the news, thats the staff, environment, and overall experience was well worth it. Also big thanks to Gary.
Positive Experience - I Recommend Highly – I was suspicious of "best price - no haggle" dealerships but I had a great experience. The Nissan Cube I bought was priced right and I got $400 more than I expected on my trade-in. Mark Knutson, a newer sales guy, answered all my questions and I appreciated the no pressure sale. I highly recommend this dealership and will be back there for my next car. Thank you.
Thanks Amanda! – Usually i don't like the "no haggle" dealers, but their no pressure sales and awesome staff, coupled with the low price, sold me! Amanda was able to answer all my questions, and made buying a car fun! i will definitely go back to this dealer in the future.
Our experance Walser Nissan Burnsville was the best. We love our new Nissan Rouge, Thanks Amanda. The whole experance was great, from the sales ( Amanda) to the finance manager to the detail crew. We really don't like shopping for a car but they made it a great time, very relaxed, the time flew by. I'm looking forward to our 2 free oil changes and 52 free car washes. We left feeling great. Again the whole experience was fabulous.
Great dealer to work with – Walser Nissan at Burnsville is a GREAT Dealer to work with! We bought 2 cars for last couple month from them and both times was impressed by experience. These people are top flight. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and enjoyed they work. From the time we stepped onto the lot, everyone there treated us in extremely friendly relaxed manner. Vernon was especially helpful. He introduced us to the cars, he gave us complete run down of all the features that cars had and answered all our questions. During both our visits we were able to test cars, complete paperwork and drive out on our new cars pleased and happy. Walser Nissan is excellent service, knowledgably staff and great attention to details. I am definitely going to come back to them if I would need another car.
