Could not be happier with how the ring turned out that my wifes new ring turned out. My wife brought a picture she printed off the internet and was able to have a very similar one made but added her personal twist. We will definately keep them in mind for future jewelry purchases.

Upset with Service/Recommendation. I have a necklace, a link broke. brought it to Copperfield, to get it fixed. They did fix it but a few months later it broke in the same place again. Not thinking to much about it, so I brought it back in to Copperfield again. They took a look at it and said that there were many other links in the necklace that were starting to wear. They didn't recommend fixing it again. Showed me some necklaces that would be a good replacement (looking Nothing like the original one, which is very unique). So, I brought it to my usual jewelry lady up in SLP & she said that the necklace is still in mint condition. They had sautered the necklace to have no hindge in it and that is why it broke again. I would NOT recommend D Copperfield and have no interested in entering their store again.
