Horrible Mishandling of Mortgages. Klein indicated they would not sell a mortgage but manage it themselves. Then suddenly, with two weeks to close when all inspections are done, clean and paid for and the appraisal was accepted, they decided to sell the mortgage to HUGE U.S. Bank. When U.S bank won't buy it, Klein decides they don't want the mortgage either.

The home deal falls through after pre approving the buyer with a 20% CASH down payment.

Months of time and effort for seller, buyer, both realtors, appraisers and inspectors, WASTED.

Stay away from Klein Bank.
