Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I didn't even want to give them one star, but I had to. I grew up in Elk River, bought my first, and probably second, guitar from MS Music, back when it was on Main Street. I took lessons there, etc. Most of the time I didn't have to deal with the owner so it was fine, but when I did it was always bad. He used to insult me by saying I have no friends (really relevant when just buying strings). He also called my mother a b**** for no reason. The owner is a swindler and a scum bag. They put a new neck on my guitar because the original was awful, which I bought from them, and did a terrible job. Go to Anoka or, even better, Maple Grove, for much much better gear and infinitely better service.
